Our manufacturing facility processes milk into dairy products including butter, cheese and a range of powder ingredients such as Skimmed Milk Powder, Buttermilk Powder and Sweet Whey Powder. All Tipperary Cooperative produce is made using Irish grass-fed milk.

We are committed to supporting the efforts of our 400+ farmers, and we aim to ensure the success of these farms for generations to come. Limiting our impact involves a commitment to and implementation of sustainability initiatives at both farm and factory level. Tipperary Cooperative is signed up to a number of sustainability schemes such as Bord Bia Origin Green, Teagasc Signpost Farms, Bord Bia Sustainable Dairy Assurance Scheme (SDAS) and the Sustainable Dairy Partnership (SDP).
